5 TIPS FOR PROVIDING EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

1) Provide Contact Info

It seems like an insignificant detail but business cards are important when building your own direct selling business. Your customers should have at least 2 ways to contact you directly with questions and concerns. We suggest creating a separate email address for your Zyrra business.

2) Remain in Contact

Be involved in the process. Try to check up on your customers a week or so after the bras are delivered to make sure that they are satisfied. Confer with your hostess a day or two after the party and ask her how she liked the experience and whether she would recommend it to her friends. Phone calls are better than emails!

3) Keep Your Cool

Be aware that you will occasionally have customers who are not happy with their bras or the Zyrra experience. Do not get discouraged and do not let them get you riled up. Be solution oriented. Remain calm, helpful, and professional- you’ll be glad you did.

4) Follow-up

Be sure to get back to any potential (or existing) customers who contact you within 48 hours. They will appreciate the prompt response and be even more enthusiastic to work with you!

5) Be Flexible

When a customer is not happy with the fit of her bra, try to schedule a refit as soon as possible. The faster the turnaround, the less likely she is to become frustrated and give up on the Zyrra experience.
